Celebrating Grandma and Grandpa Green's 50th Anniversary in California....

To Celebrate Grandpa and Grandma Green's 50th Anniversary we went to California to the Beach. We had a great time with all the Green family and made some fun memories. Grandpa and Grandma rented a nice beach house and we spent our days at the beach and one day at Legoland.

 Our handsome Bubba.
We played games with cousins and relaxed at the beach.
 Our handsome Tattey Bear.

We captured some priceless photos with Grandpa and Grandma.

They look great for 50 years!

The boys had a great time playing with their cousins. Dylan loves to play in the sand and Tate loves to play in the ocean.

We buried dad in the sand and he had a great nap.

Tate could live in the ocean if we would let him.

The men and the children playing in the ocean.
Legoland. Dylan and Ellie went on a few rides together and had a lot of fun.

They liked riding all of the rides and acted like boys. Love them!
Cousins reunited after a few years.

On Sunday, our family went to the Mormon Battalion Site in Old Town San Diego. It was a great experience for the boys.
We also went to the Temple and walked around. It is a beautiful Temple. Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for taking us to celebrate your 50th. We enjoyed it!

Sisters trip in New York....

To celebrate my mom completing her cancer treatment we went to New York in April. It was a blast and we made great memories, and remembered why we were sisters. I love each of them and I can say that we each have strong personalities. China Town wasn't for us, but now we want to go back and try out China Town again. We went non-stop, wore my mom out, said a few swear words, shared some awesome memories, shared awesome moments, and made great memories.  It was a great trip.

We ate a ton of food. Pizza, banana pudding, we had a great meal at Serendipity. And we roamed New York with Taxi's and the subway.

The Frozen Hot Chocolate was incredible.

We went to American Girl, The Lego Store, and shopped until we literally dropped and fought. LOL

We also went to the 911 Memorial, saw the Statue of Liberty, and got on the wrong ferry. It made me proud to live in America.

I sent the boys this photo at the 911 Memorial since they were so worried about us traveling to New York. Everyone was so friendly in New York.

We went to Central Park and my mom and I rode in a rickshaw all around Central Park, while Monica and Chelsey rode bikes around the Park. I loved Central Park.

The Cherry Blossoms were beautiful!

The Empire State Building was amazing!

One of the best memories was riding on the bus. We toured the entire city on the bus. From the Hampton area to the Bronx. I think this was my mom's favorite spot. Also, after we got in the "damn taxi," we went and saw the Lion King and Finding Neverland Broadway production.  Finding Neverland was my favorite production of all time.

We also went to the Today Show and saw Kevin James with Matt Lauer and Hooda. One day I'm going back to New York, hopefully, sooner then later.

Going to the production at Radio City Music Hall to see Derek Hough perform with the Rocketts was a highlight of the trip.

Pine Wood Derby....

Tate had his Pinewood Derby in November. It was a very entertaining night and his car did well with all the competition. The Achievement Day girls joined the boys this year and raced their cars. There were about thirty cars and Tate came in fourth place. Tate and Mike worked hard on their car, and it looked awesome in a camouflage wrap.
Tate and his friends, Colin and Yoshi.

A bit of stress for a 8 year old as his car is placed on the racing ramp. He was so serious about it.

Dylan loved watching his brother's car win. I think he enjoyed it more than when he raced at his own Pinewood Derby.
