TATE STARTS PRESCHOOL...........

He was dressed and ready to go at 7:30;backpack and all. Mrs. Hermansen is his teacher this year and he has a few friends in his class. He told me, "mom I had a SUPER day."

He wanted me to take a picture of his "Cars," backpack.

CURIOUS GEORGE............

This is Tate's new best friend since Dylan has started school. George is always present and he is even disciplined by his owner. He joins us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is always present. We even have to brush his teeth and change him into his pajamas at bath time. Tate announces to his little friends, "Here's George," and George is always there playing with all of Tate's friends. It is really sweet until you leave George home and then it becomes a BATTLE.

THE FIRST GRADE JOURNEY BEGINS............

Dylan was ready for school at 8:00 with his backpack and all. Too bad school starts at 9:00. It was really hard for him to wait for another hour. He loves school and has been so excited for first grade.
Daddy took this classic photo of the sun in our eyes. I loved it. FYI: the 4 year old was ready for school at 8:00 as well. Too bad preschool is only 3 weeks away from starting.

He is growing so fast. Where is that button to pause time?

Dylan found his friend Braxton and they are in the same class this year. He was excited about that. His teacher is Mrs. Gotberg and he really likes being in her class. He does come home tired and sometimes a bit cranky. Going to school all day has been an adjustment, but he is loving first grade; homework, lunch time, recess, and all.
